Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Products purchased on the Website may be returned to Commy within 7 days from the day you received your products.

  2. To make the return process easier for you, please contact Client Relations Centre at +852 2427 4131 for further arrangement.

  3. You can also visit Commy Hardware in Kwai Chung to return your product for exchange. Please note that no refunds will be issued through Commy Hardware.

  4. Products that have been engraved or modified may not be returned or exchanged.

  5. We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items and customized products.

  6. For further information on the terms, conditions and methods of return and exchange, please consult the Terms and Conditions of Sale or contact Commy Client Services.

  7. Commy reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
